BaoBeach Villages contributes to the achievement of some of the global development goals of the United Nations (UN) Plan of Action for people, the planet and prosperity:
We promote sustainable travel and enable cultural learning experiences
One BaoBeach Village gives at least 180 travelers per year the opportunity to stay for 17 days and make deep learning experiences.
The concept enables diving into a different culture, having daily interactions with locals and enjoying a relaxed and simplified life with full service and support.
Our transformational journeys open the gate to your inner self
A stay at one of our Villages means stepping away from the typical “Western” way of competing and hustling. It opens up new perspectives on coexistence, one’s own spirituality and values or the search for meaning.
We improve the quality of life of local families
The jobs in the BaoBeach Village help at least six large families (approx. 60 people) to improve their standard of living within two years – to such an extent that they can lead a decent life with only one income and can pay for their children’s education.
We establish a sustainable project for our financial partners
Donors find opportunities to continuously invest in companies geared to the common good and thus to make a contribution to a better world in terms of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) or to gain incentive offers for managers.
We revitalize villages with cultural offers and new income
BaoBeach Villages are being built in rural areas. Every cultural event can be attended by the villagers. The whole village and the surrounding area can benefit from new relationships and additional income, e.g. by selling own products at events.
We enable young people to discover their talents
Up to 16 local boys and girls (aged 15 to 18) have the opportunity to spend a semester (approx. three months) in the eco-lodges and discover their talents in various professions. They are guided by employees and artists.
From everyone who has been given much, much will be demanded; and from the one who has been entrusted with much, much more will be asked.Luke 12:48
