Jules Lazare Mekontchou is responsible for the artistic coordination of the project. He is a true source of ideas – born in Cameroon and living in Austria he brings a lot of intercultural experience to the table.

Baba Sillah comes from Gambia and has lived and worked in many countries. It is his mission to support disadvantaged families and children. Team spirit and creating strong bonds are important to him.

Sylvia Herdan poured the vision of BaoBeach Villages into a soul board. This wonderful artist from Handeloh, Germany, translated the “making of” process into a video.
